Greer went for the laundry room, found a used pair of jeans and a slightly wrinkled white T-shirt, and put them on.

First came coffee. He pushed the coffee maker’s power button and flipped the top to see the machine was already loaded to brew with fresh coffee grounds. He may have only slept a couple of hours last night, but the rest of the time, he had lain there happily awake, holding Dallas as he resisted the urges of his hard-on. He’d promised Dallas the next turn, and he intended to keep his word, no matter how badly he wanted back inside that addicting ass. But what he wanted more than anything was for Dallas’s brute strength to own him, to fuck the shit out of him, to make sure Greer knew who the boss was between them.

Greer’s ever-present smile took on a sinister edge. Being pinned underneath that man would come in time. Greer pretended to look at his non-existent watch. He’d give Dallas three hours before they were back in the bedroom, beginning the next round of their all-afternoon sexual quest.

As he drummed his fingers on the counter, Greer closed his eyes, thinking about the tentative give and take they had shared last night. When Dallas finally let go, he truly gave. Their kisses were mind blowing, and their sex was liberating. Greer wanted more of Dallas’s honest touches. For those big eyes to look up at him with such wonderment as Greer pushed in and out of Dallas’s perfect body. Fuck, he loved that move. He wanted those thick thighs wrapped snugly around his hips, guiding his moves. Dallas was exactly the embodiment of his Biker101.

The sudden shortness of breath and the steady increase in the beat of his heart had him wanting to name all this deluge of emotion. Greer had led a self-centered life. He never considered another living soul above himself. Yet suddenly, he wasn’t seeing himself in a singular fashion. He no longer mattered.

When exactly had that happened?

Last night.

If he were being honest, his entire focus had been split between the enticing Dallas Reigns and the competitive Biker101 for a while now. Both attracted him in a basic, fundamental way. When the two men came together, Greer hadn’t stood a chance. Nothing was going to stop him from developing a life-long connection with the beauty sleeping a few feet away. Either a long-lasting friendship or if he could convince Dallas to return his love…

Was it love? His heart sure felt it was. Logic argued it wasn’t.

Greer had a long history of being impulsive. He was usually knee-deep before he realized what he had done. Whatever happened between them needed to develop naturally. This was far too important. Dallas’s life would be upturned if he barged into his world. He had to prove his reliability, that he was worthy of that man’s devotion.

He reached for his filled cup and turned, leaning his ass against the edge of the counter as he lifted the mug to his lips. As he blew against the hot coffee, he stared outside, thinking about how they’d slept with the patio door ajar last night. He’d never done anything like it before. A move designed to please Dallas who claimed to like the sound of the swimming pool’s waterfall trickling right outside the door. The cool air kept them huddled together, searching out the other’s warmth. Maybe having the door open wasn’t the safest of options, but Dallas seemed to like it, so he’d work on the security measures to help keep it open for as long as the weather held.

Selflessness. It was damned perplexing. Dallas had not only touched Greer’s heart, but opened a different, unknown side of him. Something rare and honest. A place Greer liked.

Since he didn’t want Dallas to leave, that meant breakfast and a lot of influencing on Greer’s part. He took a sip of his steaming coffee, then reached for the television remote control on the center island. With a click to a button, the wall-mounted television across the living room powered on. He rapidly pressed the volume button to lower the sound then searched out the Bloomberg channel.

Now for breakfast. He went to the refrigerator, finding the shelves more bare than he remembered. He didn’t even have an egg, let alone enough to make his supposedly famous made-from-scratch omelet. He would have had to search Google for the recipe anyway.

Obviously, he needed groceries. He’d take care of that at some point today. Like everything else that had to do with Dallas, the plan changed by the moment. He went for his cell phone, abandoned on the coffee table last night, and called Ellen’s Kitchen to deliver. Greer took a seat on his sofa, drinking his cup of coffee as he ordered most of the breakfast menu unsure what Dallas liked. His heart was overjoyed with the idea of how he’d learn all Dallas’s preferences over time.
