“Thank you,” Cayson whispered. “I’m just a little tired now. I’m glad I have tomorrow off.”

“I hope you’re not too tired.” Quick stressed the word too, climbing over the tub’s edge, and held his hand out to Cayson.

“What’d you have in mind?” Cayson purred, easing down along with him, molding his back to Quick’s chest. Ahh. It was absolute perfection. Dr. Cayson Chauncey was finally naked and in his arms… hopefully for good.

Quick picked up the thick washrag and began to rub it up and down Cayson’s chest.

“Damn, this feels incredible.” Cayson sighed.

Quick slid down so his face was next to Cayson’s and he could nestle in the crook of his neck and lick at the mark that was still visible on Cayson’s pale skin. Those three scary words were swimming around in his head again, taunting him, teasing him that he’d fallen in love way too fast and he was going to get his heart handed to him on a platter… or a trashcan lid.

“Feels good,” Cayson moaned seductively. Quick could see Cayson’s semi-hard cock bobbing in the deep water. He used his rag to rub over that tight stomach and down the thin trail of fine hair to Cayson’s groin. He experimented with a few loose tugs on his shaft, wondering if Cayson was too tired or if he’d—

“You’re making me horny.”

—Rise to the occasion. Bingo. Quick smiled, gently thrusting his hips, careful not to jostle them too much. He didn’t need a gallon of water on his floor. Cayson’s ass had to be sore by now, especially after that last round of sex against his door back at his place. Quick’s ass however, was tight, and ready to be breeched. He looked down at Cayson’s long, thin cock. He could take it. Wasn’t obscenely big or anything. Average size. The pain would be minimal, if any, as long as he was prepared properly. His heart hammered in his chest as he prepared to throw his suggestion out there, nervous he might get rejected, but fairly certain he wouldn’t. “I was thinking maybe you could make love to… fuck… me this time.”

Cayson stopped drawing circles in the oil that had congealed on the hot water’s surface. He was very quiet, but Quick felt like rejoicing because the tip of Cayson’s cock was sticking up out of the water. He was obviously turned on by the suggestion.

“You want me to take you?” Cayson spoke very low, like he was trying to be sure he’d heard Quick correctly.

“Mmm hmm. Yeah. I want to feel you. I want to feel you so bad.” Quick squeezed Cayson close to him, trying to let his actions say what his mouth couldn’t. It was too fast. He was pushing his timid doctor. He was still dealing with an unpredictable ex. Quick didn’t want to make things more stressful. Hell, the man suddenly found himself needing to learn self-defense.

“Where’d you go?” Cayson had leaned back until the back of his head was resting on Quick’s wide shoulder. His pretty blue eyes looked like they could see right through him.

Quick loosened his kung fu grip on Cayson’s waist. “Nothing. Was just thinking. Look. We don’t have to do anything tonight.” He didn’t know why he was back-pedaling. He just suddenly felt so raw and exposed. “We can just rest and relax in front of some late night bullshit reality show.”

Cayson laughed humorlessly. “Um, okay. Sure. That sounds so much more appealing than being able to make love to you.” Cayson turned back around and sighed sarcastically, wiping his brow. “Phew. I’m glad you threw out that other option instead – what’d you call it? Bullshit reality TV? Mmm hmm, that’s way better than being able to penetrate a man for the first time.” Cayson sat up. “Come on. Let’s not waste another minute, let’s get our asses in front of that TV now.”

Quick yanked Cayson back to him, growling, and biting at his neck. “Real funny, smart ass. I was trying to be mindful of your situation. I don’t want to rush you.” Quick stopped making him laugh and squirm in his arms, his expression turning serious. “We’ll be each other’s first.”

“That sounds….”

Quick smirked. “I know. As old as we are, huh? Talking about experiencing firsts.”

“Speak for yourself.” Cayson raised one brow at him.

“Okay, I will.” Quick ran his hand over Cayson’s wet hair. He loved how it looked dark brown when wet, making his bright blue eyes appear peculiar and majestic. “I want to experience a lot of firsts with you, Cays.” Quick hoped that was close enough without actually having to say the words. He wanted Cayson to know that what they’d been doing, what they were about to do, was the most important thing to him since having Vaughan. This was so major in his life. He’d known he was bisexual for over twenty-five years and had never gotten to act on it until now. Until Cayson stormed into his life, he’d thought he’d be alone. He’d only been sure he didn’t want another conservative, high-maintenance woman. He never actively pursued a man. Hell, he practically ran from Cayson when he first realized he’d found the man extremely attractive. Then, when he knew without a doubt that he wanted him, wanted the hot doctor underneath him, he tried to scare Cayson away. Thank god he had Duke and his son to talk some sense into him. Now here he was offering his body and his heart… and having no regrets.
