And I couldn’t deny it any longer. It felt special. I was going to let myself enjoy it, no matter what my stupid usual rules were.

I upped my pace inside him again, relishing the gorgeous sounds it drew out of him.

“Oh God, I’m going to lose it, Brody—”

“Good,” I uttered. “I want you to come for me. Come for me because I’m about to fucking come inside you—”

“Fuck,” he whimpered, and all at once I felt him tighten around my cock, his hole gripping me like he was trying to milk the damn cum right out of me. I glanced forward and saw that Logan was coming, over and over, painting stripes of white over the top sheet.

“Yes,” I said. “Fuck yes.”

It was all I needed. I gripped his hips and thrust into him again, letting the wave crash over me as I came deep inside him.

Bliss.

“Oh my God,” Logan was repeating beneath me, breathing deep.

“That,” I said, sucking in air, “that is all I want this Christmas.”

He started laughing, a silent giggle at first that blossomed into a full-blown chuckle. I slid out of him, discarding the condom and joining him as he lay back on the bed. His laughter was infectious, and all I could do was look up at the ceiling with a big, dumb grin on my face. The little Christmas tree lights were throwing a shimmery pattern onto the ceiling and I let myself get lost in it for a moment, regaining some semblance of composure.

I turned to look at Logan, propping a pillow under the side of my head.

“Never seen you so relaxed in my life,” I murmured.

“I’ve never been so relaxed in my life,” he said. “I swear, if I could just get fucked like that before any social event, I’d be happy as a clam. Hell, I’d be the least nervous person in the world.”

“Well, next time I’ll fuck you before the party, then.”

He lifted an eyebrow. “Next time, huh?”

I shrugged one shoulder. “I don’t know about you, but I could do that every day,” I said. “That was incredible.”

His eyes met mine, lighting up like he’d just been told he’d earned an A on a test. “You really thought so?”

“Of course I did. You get all demanding in bed, and I am a very big fan of that.”

“I’m a very big fan of everything you just did to me.”

I looked down at the sheet between us. “I can see that,” I said. “Christ, you come a lot, don’t you?”

He laughed again. “Don’t make fun of me.”

“Definitely not making fun of you,” I said. “In fact, next time, blow your load on me instead.”

He hummed.

I summoned the energy to get myself out of bed. I reached for Logan’s hand, helping him up, too, before I balled up the ruined sheet and put a fresh one on the bed.

“Good as new,” I said. “And look at this.”

I busted out my big, fluffy red plaid winter blanket, throwing it down over the sheet.

“That looks beyond cozy,” he said.

“It’s finally cold enough outside to use it,” I told him. “Our favorite time of year.”

Logan bounced back onto the bed, immediately tucking in under the covers and peeking out at me from under the big, red fuzzy blanket.

“All right. This is heaven,” he murmured, his sandy brown hair an absolutely adorable mess atop his head.

My heart lurched.

This was usually a point in the night where I kicked somebody out. Nicely, of course—I had my ways of letting people off easily, of making sure guys still felt comfortable and appreciated even though I needed to have my bed to myself. I’d been wondering how I’d feel when it got to this point. I’d spooked myself a little earlier when I’d asked him to spend the night tonight, and I hoped to God I wouldn’t regret the decision.

But there was no way in hell I wanted Logan out of my bed.

Not when he looked like this. Not when he’d just taken my cock like a goddamn champion, for the first time in his life.

The problem wasn’t that I wanted to kick Logan out. The problem was that I was so fucking happy he’d jumped right back into my bed. I wanted him there.

I went over to the little Christmas tree and turned the dimmer on the lights as low as it would go. I took a deep breath and headed over to the other side of the bed, the side I usually slept on anyway. It was as if Logan had somehow known just where to go. Like he fit in perfectly.

Not that I was going to let myself think that way.

I slid under the covers next to him, trying to keep a bit of distance between the two of us. It was a comfortable silence, even though I was pretty sure he wasn’t anywhere near asleep yet. The dim glow of the little tree acted as the perfect night light.
